With Global Marine Travel, a specialist in marine and crew travel, we’ve developed multiple AI applications—from internal purchase order and invoice reconciliation across thousands of weekly fares to a profiler tool that helps the sales team prepare for client meetings—freeing several FTEs for higher‑value work.

We partnered with Pantaenius’s Asia Pacific team to create a Client Concierge that works alongside Pantaenius professionals, helping customers with extensions and adjustments of cover and following up on their policies so they can keep exploring knowing they’re well protected. This has enabled better close rates and doubled down on Panteanius’s already strong reputation for attentive customer service.

With ForthCo, a New Zealand private equity firm investing in enduring Kiwi businesses, we built a full agentic team suite that supports investment professionals in evaluating inbound deals, preparing investor materials and portfolio reports, and even acting as a thought partner that challenges their thinking—so the team can spend more time on judgment and less on the mechanics of research and analysis. We are also now working with several of FothCo’s portfolio companies to help accelerate their value creation plans.

Together with VFILES, a New York‑based fashion community and platform, we’ve developed VFILES AI—an agentic fashion team that combines two decades of creative archives with the expertise of world‑class fashion professionals, helping sports teams, creators and influencers go from concept to production and punch above their weight in building fashion lines. This accelerates time to market and gives them a more cost effective option that sits alongside the more bespoke white glove service VFILES offers.

We worked with Fine Tours Group, a New Zealand‑based specialist in tailor‑made Australasian travel, to design and deploy an AI automation that receives, sorts and reconciles invoices against traveller itineraries, helping the finance team navigate peak season with fewer variable contractors and freeing them to focus on higher‑value management and analytical work.

With Natural Habitats, the most-awarded landscaper in New Zealand, we have developed AI applications that help with sales and board reporting, as well as job estimating. This has cut “office time” for Natural Habitats professionals by well over 20%, meaning our people can now spend more time winning business and servicing clients, and the leadership can focus more on innovating and leading and less on the administrative tasks of managing.scription goes here
